Show Hours Policy: The Textile Show requires your booth to be fully set up, staffed and open for business during the Show Hours listed above. Arriving/setting-up after the Show begins each day or leaving/vacating before the Show ends each day without Show Management authorization, will incur a $250 fine.

Participating in our Trend Forum

Exhibitors are invited to submit swatch samples for inclusion in our Show’s Trend Forum Display. This is a FREE marketing opportunity.

Samples received will be curated into creative displays reflecting key FW25/26 fashion trends edited for The Textile Show by our partner Peclers Paris

To be included, samples must be received by Friday, September 6

How to Participate

Where to Stay?

Venue and Booth Set-up

Send us your best fabric and trim samples in a variety of textures and colors in prints and solids, using the FW25-26 Trend Guidelines provided by Peclers Paris.

Note: Although we will include swatches from every Exhibitor who sends them in by the deadline, selection of all swatches you send is NOT guaranteed. Additionally, swatches will not be returned. Please select your quantities accordingly.

  1. Download the Peclers Paris Trend Deck

  2. Send Cut Swatch Samples only
    For swatch size: Use your discretion. Cut samples to a size that properly showcases the fabric or trim. Minimum size must be: 10”x10”.
    Fabric must NOT be attached to headers.

  3. Label every Individual Sample with Your Company Name
    - Place a small label on the back of your fabric swatch with your company and booth information
    -Please do not use fabric headers. Fabric headers will not be used.
    -The Textile Show will not be labeling fabrics.

  4. Ship your Samples to arrive no later than Friday, September 6, 2024

EVENT SPACE ACCESS:
Show Management will open and secure the Event Space for your access as scheduled below:

  • Move-in Day: Monday, September 23 • 9:00am-4:00pm

  • Day 1: Tuesday, September 24 • 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Day 2: Wednesday, September 25 • 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Day 3: Thursday, September 26 • 8:00am-4:00pm

  • Move-out: Thursday, September 26 • 4:00pm-7:00pm

Earlier or extended time in the event space is not permitted unless pre-authorized by Show Management.

INDIVIDUAL BOOTH SET-UP:
Each space will be set-up before your move-in day. A 10' x 10' space will come equipped with (3) Rolling Racks, (1) Writing Table, and (2) Chairs.

*You may order (1) additional rolling rack per booth package. Orders must be received by September 6, 2024.

Booth Decor

Important Rules & Regulations:

  • Individual Exhibit Spaces are separated by garment racks. There are no side walls separating individual exhibit spaces so please plan accordingly.

  • Exhibit Space décor must be temporary, and all displays must be freestanding. Nothing must be adhered to the Exhibit Space walls or windows.

  • All of your displays, equipment or decor must be below our 6ft height limit.

  • No signage, tables or shelves may be placed in aisleways or outside of your assigned Exhibit Space.

  • All furnishings set up in your Exhibit Space must be left in the same condition they were provided to you.

  • We do not stock steamers, mannequins, ladders, drills, table linens, hangers, hooks and extension cords. Be sure to bring your own should you require them. For extension cords, we recommend a minimum length of 20ft.

  • Nothing may be painted or affixed to Exhibit Space walls, windows or fixtures, including stickers, pins, nails, screws or double-sided tape.

  • All exhibitors must bring their own clamps, zip ties, S-hooks or use masking tape.

  • All exhibitor property and decor must be removed from Exhibit Space upon move-out.

  • Exhibit Space will be inspected by end of day Thursday after Move-Out for damages and charged to exhibitor.

  • Please Note: All exhibitors are required to decorate their booth within these guidelines and have a clean and nice aesthetic. You will be notified by Show Management if you are in a location that requires decoration. You reserve the right to opt for another booth location if you chose not to decorate your booth.

  • Show Management reserves the right to invoice the exhibitor for any charges incurred during Show time, including fees for damage to the booth and/or fixtures, extra equipment rentals, etc. Any additional charges will be notified in writing and processed no later than the week after Show and a receipt will be emailed to you.

Exhibitor Signage Regulations:

Exhibitor-provided banners and signage are welcome as long as the following rules and regulations are abided. Signage that does not abide by the following will be subject to immediate removal.

  • Exhibitor Signage you bring must be placed inside your rented space.

  • Signage height must not extend above 6’.

  • Exhibitor Signage must NOT be affixed to any walls, columns or other Event Space surfaces.

  • Professionally printed Signage is permitted.

  • Hand-written signage is not acceptable.

  • Show Management will not provide any fixtures for displaying Exhibitor-provided Signage.

Shipping Information

Exhibitors may ship product and items to The Textile Show for setting up your Exhibit Space 3 business days prior to the move-in date; however, Show Management cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged, stolen or misplaced packages.

  • Schedule your shipment to be delivered

    during these dates only:

    • Thursday-Friday, September 19-20

    • Monday, September 23

  • DO NOT send packages to arrive on Saturday or Sunday.

  • General Hours for Shipping Deliveries:

    Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

  • Please notify Show Management at info@thetextileshow.com or moriah@thetextileshow.com if you plan to ship packages ahead of time.

2) Label the Quantity of Packages of your Shipping on all Boxes:
For example, if you are sending 3 boxes total, label each as follows:

  • 1 of 3

  • 2 of 3

  • 3 of 3

3) Tracking:
Please track your package and stay abreast on the whereabouts of your shipment through the tracking information given from the shipping company. The Textile Show will not be held liable for any lost, damaged or misplaced packages and will not track your shipment on your behalf. Exhibitors who ship to The Textile Show must take full responsibility for the whereabouts of their own shipments.

4) Returning Your Shipment After the Show Ends:
**Don’t Leave Anything Behind at The Textile Show

  • All Exhibitors are responsible for packing, removing and shipping their own property out of the Event Space no later than 7:00pm on Thursday, September 26.

  • Please arrange your freight pick-up no later than the Wednesday prior to Move-Out day.

  • Shipping vendors generally refuse to pick up containers that are overpacked, opened at closure points, or taped poorly. Please confirm that your packing style meets their requirements.

  • The Textile Show will not be responsible for storing, shipping or ensuring courier pick-up of your freight. Any product, signage or materials left in Event Space after 7:00pm on Thursday after Move-Out ends will become property of The Textile Show and will be discarded.

Marketing

We encourage you to promote your participation in the show to your clients and book appointments ahead of the show. You can find creative assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, and your Email Signature located HERE.

Please send product images and creative assets to info@thetextileshow.com for consideration in Pre-Show Instagram and Email Marketing. Inclusion is at the discretion of Show Management.
