Wednesday, April 3, 2024 • 9:00am-5:00pm
Thursday, April 4, 2024 • 9:00am-5:00pm
Show Hours Policy: The Textile Show requires your booth to be fully set up, staffed and open for business during the Show Hours listed above. Arriving/setting-up after the Show begins each day or leaving/vacating before the Show ends each day without Show Management authorization, will incur a $250 fine.

Venue and Booth Set-up
VENUE: Located at Event Venue, Saint Elle, less than 2 miles south of Broadway, Saint Elle is located in the flourishing neighborhood of Wedgewood Houston.
ADDRESS: 1420 3rd Ave S, Nashville, TN 37210
WIFI: Please plan on using your own hotspot inside the space. Wifi Network is not guaranteed.
EVENT SPACE ACCESS:
Show Management will open and secure the Event Space for your access as scheduled below:
Exhibitor Move-in: Tuesday, April 2 • 12:00pm-5:00pm
Show Day 1: Wednesday, April 3 • 9:00am-5:00pm
Show Day 2: Thursday, April 4 • 9:00am-5:00pm
Move-out: Thursday, April 4 • 5:00pm-7:30pm
Earlier or extended time in the event space is not permitted unless pre-authorized by Show Management.
INDIVIDUAL BOOTH SET-UP:
Each space will be set-up before your move-in day. A 10' x 10' space will come equipped with (3) Rolling Racks, (1) Writing Table, and (2) Chairs. If you need any equipment adjustments, please email moriah@thetextileshow.com or info@thetextileshow.com.
*You may order (1) additional rolling rack per booth package. Orders must be received by March 22, 2024.
Booth Decor
Important Rules & Regulations:
Individual Exhibit Spaces are separated by garment racks. There are no side walls separating individual exhibit spaces so please plan accordingly.
Exhibit Space décor must be temporary, and all displays must be freestanding. Nothing must be adhered to the Exhibit Space walls or windows.
All of your displays, equipment or decor must be below our 6ft height limit.
No signage, tables or shelves may be placed in aisleways or outside of your assigned Exhibit Space.
All furnishings set up in your Exhibit Space must be left in the same condition they were provided to you.
We do not stock steamers, mannequins, ladders, drills, table linens, hangers, hooks and extension cords. Be sure to bring your own should you require them. For extension cords, we recommend a minimum length of 20ft.
Nothing may be painted or affixed to Exhibit Space walls, windows or fixtures, including stickers, pins, nails, screws or double-sided tape.
All exhibitors must bring their own clamps, zip ties, S-hooks or use masking tape.
All exhibitor property and decor must be removed from Exhibit Space upon move-out.
Exhibit Space will be inspected by end of day Thursday after Move-Out for damages and charged to exhibitor.
Please Note: All exhibitors are required to decorate their booth within these guidelines and have a clean and nice aesthetic. You will be notified by Show Management if you are in a location that requires decoration. You reserve the right to opt for another booth location if you chose not to decorate your booth.
Show Management reserves the right to invoice the exhibitor for any charges incurred during Show time, including fees for damage to the booth and/or fixtures, extra equipment rentals, etc. Any additional charges will be notified in writing and processed no later than the week after Show and a receipt will be emailed to you.
Exhibitor Signage Regulations:
Show Management will provide a Booth Sign with your Company Name listed. Exhibitor-provided banners and signage are welcome as long as the following rules and regulations are abided. Signage that does not abide by the following will be subject to immediate removal.
Exhibitor Signage you bring must be placed inside your rented space.
Signage height must not extend above 6’.
Exhibitor Signage must NOT be affixed to any walls, columns or other Event Space surfaces.
Professionally printed Signage is permitted.
Hand-written signage is not acceptable.
Show Management will not provide any fixtures for displaying Exhibitor-provided Signage.
Shipping Information
Unfortunately the venue does not allow you to ship packages ahead of the show. You will be responsible for the shipping, receiving, and returning your packages.
We suggest that you check with your hotel to see if you can ship packages directly to your hotel. Alternatively, you can ship and pickup at a local FedEx location as there are several FedEx locations near the venue. Or you can make other arrangements to best suit your needs.
On the last day of the show, please note that all packages must be picked up within the move-out window of 5:00pm-7:00pm.
